WCU Alumni Network Hosts Annual Brunch for Online Grads

The ¹ś²śÖ÷²„ Alumni Network held its annual online alumni brunch at the Grasslands Restaurant in Anaheim this May.

Host and WCU AlumniĀ Siuneh KhodaverdiĀ welcomed the attendees and kicked off theĀ festivities. During the event, alumni were able to connect, network, capture memories at aĀ photo booth and even win some WCU swag!

ā€œIt’s great to see so many alumni come to these events,ā€ Khodaverdi said. ā€œOnline students don’t really get to meet the professors and other students so this is a way to connect with your peers and also network.ā€

WCU AlumĀ Shanna Jackson reflected on her experience being apart of the WCU Alumni Network.Ā

“It’s so important to stay in touch with your school. There are so many benefits,ā€ Jackson said. ā€œYou can stay up-to-date on what’s going on, give back and help those coming into their program and network with people who have the same degree as you and even some in different programs as well.ā€
